Now we're bringing the best work into our new gallery space. This is your chance to see your art displayed in a Gallery as well as online (fyi- If you have already submitted to this show in the last few years whatever we chose for that online only show will also take part in the juried In-Gallery part of this November show no need to reapply) —This Is About Politics isn't a dirty word in art. It's essential. Art that challenges, questions, provokes, and inspires is some of the most important work being made today.We started Political Voice as an online exhibition to give artists a platform. Now we're moving to our new gallery space that we are now allowed to have this kind of show, and we're curating the strongest pieces from our online collection—PLUS accepting new submissions—for a major in-gallery exhibition this November.Your online submission could be selected for the gallery wall.
How This Works
Phase 1: Online Exhibition from the last few years (Ongoing)•Artists submit 1-3 pieces of artwork, at least one of three are selected for the online gallery •Work gets featured at www.laslagunaartgallery.com•Thousands of people see your art digitally Phase 2: In-Gallery Curation (NEW)•We're reviewing ALL online submissions from last few years plus any new submissions deadline Oct 24th •Selecting the strongest pieces for our new physical gallery•Creating a curated exhibition that makes a statement•Your online work could be selected for display Phase 3: November Opening•Opening reception•Physical exhibition of selected work•Community conversation & celebration

a*Submission Guidelines:**
- **No Online Fee**: There are no wall rent fees for your artwork for the online exhibition.
- **Wall Fee for In-Person Exhibition**: If chosen for the gallery exhibition, a wall fee will apply based on artwork size:
- Maximum size 12” - $35
- Maximum size 20” - $45
- Maximum size 30” - $50
- Maximum size 40” - $70
- For pieces larger than 40”, fees can be discussed individually.
***If selected for an in-gallery exhibition but prefer online-only participation, you can opt out to avoid wall rent and shipping fees, this switch entails no additional costs.
